We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to be part of our well-established team based in Mumbai, India.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure joining process is smooth.
• Actively source for Oil & Gas roles through various channels.
• You can work collaboratively with each operation to fully understand each department’s needs.
• You understand how to connect with top talent across across the region to discuss our live roles and help NES to find candidates who complement our operations perfectly.
• You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have create strong presence on social media to educate about NESF opportunities and initiatives.

To be considered you need:

• 4 years’ experience of recruitment in an agency environment
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
• Great communication skills both written and verbal

Oil & Gas - The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets.
